Help me know how to help other people when situations arise. Help me know how to treat a friend properly in their time of need. Help me to come across as the person I am wanting to be. Help me to stop giving false signals unintentionally, when really I do intend it. Help me to be a friend. Help me to know the one person who to be more than a friend, when I meet them. To like a boy in my book always meant I could play the game just as well.

To try to break old habits can be difficult. Why would I ever want to live like that again? Exposure is what I have always feared, and now I see exposure is the best path toward love.

Peace. It does not mean to be in a place where there is no noise, trouble or hard work. It means to be in the midst of those and still be calm in your heart.
